Blessings & Curses

As I've read Genesis 12-30, I've considered how life is such a mixed bag of blessing and curse.

Small example: the blessing of watching a six-year-old girl experience Disneyland, followed by the curse of sitting stopped in the middle of nowhere on I-15 for an hour while an accident is cleaned up.

Seems like you can't get the good stuff in life without struggling through the crap. I'm sure this is true with much bigger blessings (& curses) as well.

Break

My life tends to organize around my school breaks. I'm officially off from school until August 22. I'll be doing some travelling, some resting at home, and some Apex stuff during the next few weeks.
