Quotes to Chew On

I haven't "vented my soul" much lately, so here's some random thoughts for your blog viewing pleasure.

From Darren Relyea's blog: "Three things America will be known for 2,000 years from now when they study this civilization: the Constitution, jazz, and baseball." -Gerald Early

I like this quote a lot. Baseball is still the greatest game, but it would take me pages to share my thoughts on that. (Opening Day is less than three weeks away. Anybody want to celebrate it with me?) Thanks to Jeremy for helping me fall in love with jazz. More often than ever, I find myself chilling out to 91.5 FM and pretending to be more refined and classy than I really am. And, though I wouldn't say I'm in love with the Constitution, being in law school has made me come to understand why it was included in this quote. In addition, this would be as good a time as any to confess that I now watch "America & the Courts" on C-Span most every Saturday.

One other quote, this one comes from the Apex website's randomly generated quotes: "If you're going through hell, keep going."

I wouldn't say I'm going through hell right now, but that advice comes in handy from time to time.
