Go Tigers

Last year, the White Sox won the World Series. This year, the Cardinals are in the World Series. It would be too much for a Cub fan like myself to stomach if both of our arch-rivals, the White Sox and the Cards, won back-to-back Fall Classics.

So I am hereby endorsing the Detroit Tigers. GO TIGERS!!!! Rebekah and her family grew up Tigers fans also, so there are plenty of reasons to cheer that way. Plus I like Jim Leyland. He's a grumpy old man who gets things done. (That's also what I'm becoming more and more each day!)
