Labor Day Weekend

Spent Labor Day Weekend with five guys who have been the best of friends, as well as accountability partners, some of them for the better part of my adult life.

We journeyed to southern California. Some highlights of the trip . . .

Sports: Going to a Reds / Padres game at Petco Park; & watching Ohio State football with Ohio State football fans (even though I'm not one!)

The Ocean: Fun at the beach in Del Mar

Serious moments punctuating the stupid fun: Spending nearly half of a day talking about how we each "really are doing"

A Guy Movie: Taladega Nights ("Ricky Bobby")

Redneck Humor: "This is R.D. Mercer" (not sure how to explain, but it's some very funny redneck humor found on Jeremiah's i-pod)
