Dumb
I just have no hand-eye coordination. I tried for twenty minutes to get the damn wiper blades off. I even found the release lever, but still couldn't make it work. I went back to Auto Zone and acted stupid, and the guy came out and popped them right off and put the new ones on in less than 30 seconds.

Maybe I should just become a lawyer or something . . . .
